Terms of
Service Agreement.

Please read these terms carefully. They constitute a legally binding agreement between Nexore Global Tech ("We") and the Institution/Admin ("You") regarding the use of the FeesFlow platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for, accessing, or using the FeesFlow SaaS Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately discontinue the use of our services. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and continued use constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Account & Registration

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.

  • Admin Responsibility: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (Login ID & Password).
  • Authorized Use: The license to use FeesFlow is non-transferable. You may not sublease or resell access to the software.

Subscription & Commercials

  • Fees: Usage of the FeesFlow platform is subject to the payment of subscription fees (Annual/Monthly) as per the plan selected.
  • Transaction Charges: Online payments processed via Razorpay/Payment Gateways may incur Transaction Discount Rates (TDR) which are payable by the user/parent.
  • Non-Payment: Failure to renew the subscription within 7 days of expiry may result in temporary suspension of the Admin Panel access.

Cancellation & Refunds

Since FeesFlow is a Software as a Service (SaaS) product offering a free demo/trial period, generally, no refunds are provided once a subscription is active.

However, in the event of a proven technical failure where we are unable to deliver the core services (Fee Collection & Reporting) for more than 72 hours continuously, a pro-rata refund may be processed upon verification.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content, code, design, logos, and algorithms within the FeesFlow platform are the proprietary property of Nexore Global Tech. You are granted a limited license to use the software for your institution's management but you do not own the software source code. Unauthorized copying or reverse engineering is strictly prohibited.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any disputes related to them are governed by the laws of India. All legal matters arising from the use of FeesFlow will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in KOTA, Rajasthan.
