Refund Policy.

At Nexore Global Tech, we believe in helping our customers as far as possible, and therefore have a liberal cancellation policy.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your FeesFlow subscription at any time via the Admin Dashboard. The cancellation will be effective from the end of the current billing cycle.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable only in cases of technical failure where our support team is unable to resolve the issue within 7 days, or in cases of accidental double payments.

1. Subscription Cancellation

  • Immediate Effect: Cancellations requests received will be processed immediately, but access to the premium features will continue until the prepaid period expires.
  • No Penalty: There are no cancellation fees. You can turn off auto-renewal from your Billing Settings anytime.

2. Refund Process

In case of any refunds approved by Nexore Global Tech, the following timeline applies:

3-5 Business Days

The refund will be credited back to the Original Source of Payment (Credit Card / UPI / Bank Account).

3. Exceptions

Refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases:

Change of mind after 3 days of purchase.
Partial use of the subscription period.
Delays caused by the user's internet/hardware.
Violation of Terms of Service.
