At Nexore Tech, we operate as a Data Processor. We secure the financial ecosystem of your institution while ensuring you retain full ownership of your data.

01 Controller vs. Processor

To ensure clarity in our operations:

  • The School (You): Acts as the Data Controller. You decide what student data is uploaded and how fees are structured.
  • FeesFlow (Us): Acts as the Data Processor. We provide the infrastructure (SaaS) to manage this data securely. We do not own your student data.

02 Information Collection

We collect only what is strictly necessary for the fee engine to function:

  • School Admin Data: Credentials for login and dashboard access management.
  • Student Records: Name, Class, Roll No, and Fee Categories (uploaded by Admin).
  • Contact Info: Parent mobile numbers strictly for sending automated Fee Reminders via WhatsApp/SMS.

03 Integrations & Payments

Payment Gateway (Razorpay)

FeesFlow integrates with Razorpay for online collections. We DO NOT store banking passwords, UPI PINs, or Credit Card numbers on our servers. All sensitive payment data is handled directly by Razorpay's PCI-DSS compliant infrastructure.

Communication Partners

Parent phone numbers are shared securely with our SMS/WhatsApp API partners solely for the purpose of delivering Fee Receipts and Due Reminders triggered by the Admin.

04 Security Architecture

Our platform is built on the Laravel framework, utilizing enterprise-grade security protocols:

Data Access & Deletion

Upon contract termination, Schools can request a full export of their ledger data. We permanently wipe all institutional data from our servers within 30 days of service cancellation.
