Welcome to FeesFlow. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the FeesFlow platform, including our website, mobile applications, and any related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using the FeesFlow platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Service on behalf of an educational institution or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

FeesFlow provides an online platform designed to facilitate fee management, collection, and reporting for educational institutions. The Service includes tools for invoicing, payment processing, receipt generation, and financial tracking. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice.

3. User Accounts

A. Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

B. Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to:

FeesFlow utilizes third-party payment processors to facilitate transactions. By using the payment features of the Service, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of those third-party processors.

B. Service Fees

Institutions using FeesFlow may be subject to subscription fees or transaction fees as outlined in their specific service agreement. We reserve the right to change our fee structure upon reasonable notice.

C. Refunds

Refund policies for educational fees are determined solely by the educational institution. FeesFlow is not responsible for issuing refunds for fees paid to an institution. Any requests for refunds must be directed to the respective institution.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of FeesFlow and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both India and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of FeesFlow.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall FeesFlow, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, specifically subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Rajasthan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
